Privacy policy

GIPA Partners (GIPA) runs this website. Questions about this policy go to kala@gipapartners.com.

Forms. When you apply, book a call or join a waitlist, we collect what you type: your name, business email, phone number, company, and your answers to the questions on the form.

Bookings. When you book a call, we create a calendar event with Google Calendar and send you the invitation from kala@gipapartners.com.

How you got here. When you arrive from an ad or a link we sent, the link can carry source tags (utm_source, utm_campaign, utm_content, fbclid). We save them with your application so we know which ad or message brought you.

Site measurement. We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count visits and measure page speed. They do not use cookies and do not identify you.

Meta pixel. We use the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram ads) on this site. It sets the _fbp and _fbc cookies and tells Meta that you viewed a page, completed an application or booked a call. Meta uses this to measure our ads and to show our ads to people who visited this site. Meta's own policy explains what Meta does with it.

To answer your application, hold the call you booked, and send you what you asked for. To know which ads and messages work. To keep the site working. We do not sell your information.

Google Workspace (email, calendar, a spreadsheet of applications), Vercel (hosting and site measurement) and Meta (ads). Each one processes the data for us under its own terms.

Applications and bookings stay in our records until you ask us to delete them. Meta keeps pixel data for up to 180 days.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by writing to kala@gipapartners.com. You can block the Meta pixel with a browser setting or an ad blocker, and you can manage how Meta uses your data in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
