GIPA is a team of engineers, designers and strategists who turn hard problems into software people actually use.

We keep the team small on purpose. The people you meet on the first call are the people who build your system, and a founder stays on every project until launch and after.

We come from finance, engineering and business intelligence, and we work like the people we build for. We sit with your team, learn how the work really runs, and only then decide what to build.

We use what we sell. Everyone at GIPA works with AI every day, and we build our own tools the same way we build yours.

So far we have built software for a fashion retail chain, an athletic performance company and a pharmaceutical distributor.

We work from Buenos Aires, Punta del Este and Miami. We also build products of our own, like Ellis and Scribe.

Bautista Kalani Giesenow

Co-founder, CEO

Kalani founded GIPA and leads strategy, sales and product. He studied finance at Florida International University in Miami and is drawn to hard problems that you only understand by building. He thinks in trade-offs and feedback loops, then moves fast to test what matters.

Agustin Cabantous Soler

Co-founder, COO

Agustin connects the technical work with how the business runs. An engineer by training, he started as an AI developer for business intelligence at YOPLABS and then moved into strategy. At GIPA he runs operations, partnerships and delivery, and turns complex systems into plans a team can follow.

“GIPA exists to be a place where excellent people follow their curiosity and ship things that create real value in the world.”
Bautista Kalani Giesenow, Co-founder, CEO

We are always looking for people who learn fast, care about the details and like to build.
